The first Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas is underway and we’re thrilled to see the work of colleagues and project partners on display.
Set in the historic Woodland Estates neighborhood of Old Preston Hollow, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House brings together nearly 30 architects and interior designers from Texas and beyond to show off their skills by each transforming an assigned space.
The roster of design professionals involved is impressive. Below, we’ll highlight a few that Sebastian has had the pleasure of partnering with on projects.
Cathy Kincaid Interiors, known for interior design that embodies her catchphrase, Comfortable Elegance, designed the dining room, a sunny, open space that invites lingering.
On our Park Residence project below, Cathy Kincaid complemented Larry E Boerder’s Palladian architecture with warmth, color and intimate design details.
The design duo of Kirsten Fitzgibbons and Kelli Ford never fail to create “aesthetically beautiful spaces with a sense of the unexpected” as their website promises.
Their Master Bedroom in the Kips Bay House features the sumptuous details that the firm is known for.
Our collaboration, the Oaks Residence, is rich with color and detail that invokes the art of living well.
Sherry Hayslip’s loft design for the Kips Bay Show House exemplifies her sense of elegance combined with the unexpected. The firm’s work has garnered more than 100 (that’s right, 100) national and international interior design awards.
Below, our Alva Court project.
Dallas’ first architectural landscape firm, Lamberts has been making the city beautiful for more than 100 years. Their beautiful entry gardens framing the Kips Bay Show House with lush elegance.
One of our recent projects, Alva Court, incorporates a similar attention to detail that elevates the outdoor living experience.
